Course

Middle Branch Eagle Creek rises on the Elkhorn River divide 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Atkinson, Nebraska in Holt County and then flows northeast to join East Branch Eagle Creek forming Eagle Creek about 2.5 miles (4.0 km) southeast of School No. 33.[1]

Watershed

Middle Branch Eagle Creek drains 74.76 square miles (193.6 km2) of area, receives about 24.6 in/year (62 cm/year) of precipitation, and is about 0.71% forested.[3]
