Samen District (Persian: بخش سامن) is in Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Samen.[3]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 31,904 in 8,410 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 31,060 people in 9,283 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 28,085 inhabitants in 9,049 households.[2]
