Sulaymaniya District (Arabic: قضاء السليمانية; Sorani Kurdish: قەزای سلێمانی, romanized: Qezay Silêmanî) is a district of Sulaymaniyah Governorate, in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Its main city is Sulaymaniyah, the capital of the Governorate.[1]
