Tower Hill Township is a township in Shelby County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,227 and it contained 729 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.03 square miles (90.7 km2), of which 34.83 square miles (90.2 km2) (or 99.43%) is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2) (or 0.57%) is water.[2]
