La discografía de la cantante country estadounidense Carrie Underwood consiste en cuatro álbumes de estudio, y diecisiete sencillos. Carrie Underwood también ha lanzado varios videos musicales, y contribuyó con Soundtracks y colaboraciones con otros artistas.
Undrewood saltó a la fama luego de haber ganado la 4° temporada de American Idol en 2005. Su álbum debut, Some Hearts, fue lanzado el 2005 y cuenta con los éxitos "Jesus, Take the Wheel", "Before He Cheats" y "Wasted". Es el álbum debut de un artista country en venderse tan rápido en la historia de Nielsen SoundScan.[1] También se convirtió en el álbum debut más vendido por una artista country en la historia de RIAA, también el álbum debut más vendido por una ex-American Idol.[2]
Su segundo álbum, Carnival Ride, fue lanzado el 2007 y cuenta con los éxitos "So Small", "All-American Girl", "Last Name" y "Just a Dream". Debutó en el número uno en Billboard Hot 200. En su primera semana vendió más de 527,000 copias, hasta ahora, el álbum más vendido semanalmente por una solista country, detrás de Shania Twain con Greatest Hits, con 530,000 copias en su primera semana en el 2004.[3] El álbum desde su lanzamiento ha sido certificado 3x Platino.
Underwood lanzó su tercer álbum de estudio, Play On, el 3 de noviembre de 2009. Debutó en el número uno en las listas country y en el Billboard 200. Cuenta con los sencillos número uno "Cowboy Casanova", "Temporary Home" y "Undo It". El álbum ha sido certificado 2x Platino en los Estados Unidos y Platino En Canadá. En junio de 2011, el álbum re-entró en la lista Country Top 20 de la ARIA (Australia) en el número uno, dándole a Underwood su primer álbum número uno en Australia.
El 1 de mayo de 2012, Underwood lanzó su cuarto álbum de estudio, Blown Away. En los Estados Unidos, vendió más de 267,000 copias en su primera semana y debutón en el número uno de Billboard Hot 200. Debutó en el número uno en las listas canadienses y en las listas country, siendo inmediatamente certificado Oro. El álbum también debutó en el Top 20 Country Albums en Australia y número cuatro en el Top 50 Albums.[4]
Con seis álbumes de estudio, Underwood ha vendido más de 50 millones de sencillos,[5] y más de 25 millones de álbumes mundialmente.[6]
