Julian Lincoln Simon ( - ) est un professeur d'économie. Ses travaux ont été à l'origine du mouvement cornucopien. Il demeure célèbre pour sa controverse avec Paul R. Ehrlich qui a abouti au pari Ehrlich-Simon.
