Kampanye Punggung Bukit Meridian (Hanzi: 子午嶺戰役) adalah serangkaian pertempuran antara Nasionalis dengan Komunis di provinsi Shaanxi, Tiongkok Barat Laut selama Perang Saudara Tiongkok pada era pasca-Perang Dunia II. Pihak Nasionalis berhasil memenangkan pertempuran ini.
