Bunduk (Jawi: ‏بوندوق‎code: ms is deprecated ‎ serapan Arab: بُندُق‎, rumi: bunduqcode: ar is deprecated ,[2] Corylus; bahasa Inggeris: hazelcode: en is deprecated ) ialah genus daripada pokok daun luruh dan pokok renek besar berasal dari Hemisfera Utara beriklim sederhana. Genus ini biasanya diletakkan dalam famili pokok betula,[3][4][5][6] walaupun sesetengah ahli botani memisahkan bunduk (dengan hornbeam dan genera bersekutu) ke dalam famili Corylaceae yang berasingan.[7][8] Buah bagi pokok bunduk adalah kacang bunduk. Pokok ini sohor dicatatkan dalam himpunan tumbuhan ubat anak didik Hippokrates dengan nama Yunaninya Ποντικόν κάρυον Pontikón káryon "kacang Pontos" (sempena kawasan tempat subur di sana) yang dipinjamkan kepada bahasa Parsi (فندق‎ funduk) dan Arab dalam penulisan ilmuwan Islam.[9]
