Barrington Windsor «Barry» Cunliffe (født 10. desember 1939) er en britisk professor i europeisk arkeologi ved University of Oxford siden 1972. Cunliffe ble 17. juni 2006 utnevnt til Knight Bachelor og derved opphøyet i ridderstanden. Han har deretter rett til å føre tiltaleformen sir foran sitt navn. Han er også kommandør av Order of the British Empire.
