Harry Landreth var en amerikansk økonom og idehistoriker med spesialisering i eldre økonomisk tenking. Han var professor emeritus ved Centre College i Kentucky, USA. Han studerte særlig eldre tiders økonomiske teori og fagutvikling, og sammen med David Colander ga han ut en rekke bøker og skrifter om keynesianismens historie og gjennombrudd.
