Lincoln County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Maine. Det ligger i de sørrlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Kennebec County i nord, Waldo County i nordøst, Knox County i øst, Sagadahoc County i vest og mot Atlanterhavet i sør.

Lincoln Countys totale areal er 1 812 km² hvorav 631 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 33 616 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Wiscasset.

Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1760 av land fra York County.
