Magnus Gommerud Nielsen, med artistnavnet Magnus Moriarty, (født 1981)^{[trenger referanse]} er en norsk sanger, multiinstrumentalist og låtskriver.

Som soloartist debuterte han i 2002 med albumet Drive fast slow right left. Flere album har kommet siden, og albumet Perhaps Interior Heart Politeness (2008) fikk høyeste terningkast i Dagbladet.^[1][2] Soloplatene blir utgitt av det Oslo-baserte selskapet Metronomicon Audio.

Magnus Moriarty har også deltatt i en rekke andre band, blant annet Now We've Got Members, og han har medvirket på album med band som The Samuel Jackson Five, Lukestar og Thulsa Doom.
