Cistein-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.16, cisteinil-tRNK sintetaza, cisteinil-transferRNK sintetaza, cisteinil-transfer ribonukleatna sintetaza, cisteinska translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-cistein:tRNKCis ligaza (formira AMP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + L-cistein + tRNKCys AMP + difosfat + L-cisteinil-tRNKCys
