Diacilglicerol O-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.20, digliceridna aciltransferaza, 1,2-diacilglicerolna aciltransferaza, diacilglicerolna aciltransferaza, digliceridna O-aciltransferaza, palmitoil-KoA-sn-1,2-diacilglicerol aciltransferaza, acil-KoA:1,2-diacilglicerol O-aciltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

acil-KoA + 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } KoA + triacilglicerol

Palmitoil-KoA i drugi dugolančani acil-KoAs mogu da deluju kao donori.
