Dimetilsulfoksid reduktaza (EC 1.8.5.3, DMSO reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetil sulfid:menahinon oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dimetilsulfid + menahinon +H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } dimetilsulfoksid + menahinol

Ovaj enzim je molibdopterin. On sadrži [4Fe-4S] klastere. Ovaj enzim takođe redukuje piridin N-oksid i trimetilamin N-oksid.
