Glutamat formiminotransferaza (EC 2.1.2.5, glutamatna formiltransferaza, formiminoglutaminsko kiselinska transferaza, formiminoglutaminska formiminotransferaza, glutamatna formiminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5-formimidoiltetrahidrofolat:L-glutamat N-formimidoiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

5-formimidoiltetrahidrofolat + L-glutamat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } tetrahidrofolat + N-formimidoil-L-glutamat

Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein. On takođe katalizuje formilni transfer sa 5-formiltetrahidrofolata na L-glutamat.
