Izocitratna lijaza (EC 4.1.3.1, izocitraza, izocitritaza, izocitrataza, treo-Ds-izocitrat glioksilat-lijaza, izocitrat glioksilat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom izocitrat glioksilat-lijaza (formira sukcinat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

izocitrat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } sukcinat + glioksilat

Izomer izocitrata koji učestvuje u ovoj reakciji je (1R,2S)-1-hidroksipropan-1,2,3-trikarboksilat.
