Izoflavonoid sintaza (EC 1.14.13.136, CYT93C, IFS, 2-hidroksiizoflavanonska sintaza (nespecifična)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom likviritigenin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (hidroksilacija, aril migracija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

liquiritigenin + O2 + NADPH + H+ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 2,7,4'-trihidroksiizoflavanon + H2O + NADP+

Za rad ovog enzim je neophodan citohrom P450. Reakcija obuhvata migraciju 2-fenil grupe flavanon likviritigenina do 3-pozicije izoflavanona.
