KoB-KoM heterodisulfid reduktaza (EC 1.8.98.1, heterodisulfidna reduktaza, rastvorna heterodisulfidna reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom koenzim B:koenzim M:metanofenazin oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- koenzim B + koenzim M + metanofenazin N7-[(2-sulfoetil)ditio]heptanoilO3-fosfo-L-treonin + dihidrometanofenazin
Ovaj enzim je prisutan kod metanogenih arheja, posebno kod metanosarcina vrsta. On regeneriše koenzim M i koenzim B nakon dejstva enzima EC 2.8.4.1, koenzim-B sulfoetiltiotransferaze.
