Prolin dehidrogenaza (EC 1.5.99.8, L-prolinska dehidrogenaza, L-prolin:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-prolin:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

L-prolin + akceptor {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } (S)-1-pirolidin-5-karboksilat + redukovani akceptor

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). U mnogim organizmima, od bakterija do sisara, prolin se oksiduje do glutamata u dvostepenom procesu koji obuhvata ovaj enzim i EC 1.5.1.12, 1-pirolidin-5-karboksilat dehidrogenazu.
