Urat oksidaza (EC 1.7.3.3, urinsko kiselinska oksidaza, urikaza, urikaza II, uratna-oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom urat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

urat + O2 +H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 5-hidroksiizourat +H2O2

Enzimu iz zrna soje, plesni Aspergillus flavus i Bacillus subtilis ne sadrže bakar, niti druge jone prelaznih metala.
