Proto-onkogenska tirozinska proteinska kinaza ROS je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran ROS1 genom.[1][2]

Ovaj proto-onkogen, koji je visoko izražen u ćelijama tumora, pripada sevenless podfamiliji tirozinskih kinaza insulinskih receptorskih gena. Protein kodiran ovim genom je tip I integralnog membranskog proteina sa tirozinskom kinaznom aktivnošću. Ovaj protein može da deluje kao receptor faktora rasta ili diferencijacije.[2]
